Pre-registration before November 22 will be charged
with an early bird fee of US$150, while post-registration including on-sight
registration will be subject to a regular fee of US$300. The student
registration fee is US$50 regardless of the time of registration. Registered
participants can secure their spot to the welcome reception, the luncheon with
keynote address, the farewell dinner with award ceremony, and several coffee
